Gisela immigrated to the United States in 1993 in search of better life opportunities. Working hard at the Greenhouse Truck Depot in Los Angeles, California, he also worked as a Manager at Defranco and Sons Company. In 1995 he began his altruistic work to help vulnerable people in Mexico and Guatemala.
In 2012 he founded Club Pueblos Unidos de Nayarit, Inc. with the objective of helping families living in vulnerable situations with food, infrastructure works and repatriation of bodies in case of death to their home state. In 2017 she founded the Federation of United Nayaritas FENU and in 2019 she gives start to Fundación Alas de Ángel, an organization with a high sense of social responsibility, which provides support to the neediest people, focusing its efforts in areas of education, sports, family unity and home to promote the integral development of people.
